Overview
The Users & Accounts feature provides a comprehensive view of user behavior and account-level insights in your application. Access it from the Users page in your Decipher dashboard.Users & Accounts overview
You’ll see two tabs at the top of the page:Users tab
Shows individual people with roll‑up activity. Columns include:Accounts tab
Shows organizations or accounts with aggregated metrics:
Both tabs support:
- Search functionality with debounced input
- Infinite scroll loading (20 items per page)
- Column sorting (ascending/descending)
Filtering Options
Sorting is available on all table columns (ascending/descending).
User detail page
Click any user to open/user/[email]:

- All session replays for this user (already filtered)
- Timestamps, durations, and AI‑generated summaries

- Top Pages: most‑visited pages (30‑day window) with hierarchical grouping and visit %
- Customer Deep Research (AI): ask natural‑language questions about this user’s behavior across sessions
